HBS Members are invited to a “Virtual Chef’s Table Dinner & Cooking Class” with Union Club Master Chef Arnaud Berthelier.
“Chef’s Table Dinner” last year was a huge success and a repeat was planned – now we have added the aspect of a virtual cooking class. In your own kitchen you will prepare a dinner of scallops and risotto with ingredients assembled by Chef Arnaud and picked up at the Union Club in advance.

Pickup your box of ingredients at the Valet Desk of The Union Club on August 25 at 11 am or 3 pm by entering the garage off of East 12th St. Union Club Staff will bring the box to your car.




GUHAN VENKATU is a group vice president in the Research Department of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. He leads the department’s regional analysis and outreach group. He joined the Bank in 1998 as a research analyst. In his tenure with the Bank, he has held positions of increasing responsibility including economist and vice president and senior regional officer of the Bank’s Pittsburgh Branch. His research and analysis have been a resource for the public, and he has advised and informed the Bank’s president and boards of directors.

Bernie Moreno is a native of Columbia who moved to Cleveland from Boston 15 years ago to buy a struggling Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted. He turned it around and built the Bernie Moreno Family of Dealerships which peaked at 15 dealers with annual sales over $1B.
